Healthify is a health and fitness app from HealthifyMe. It helps users track food, calories, steps, water, sleep, workouts, and weight in one place. The current Google Play listing shows 10M+ downloads and a 4.3-star rating.
The app also has two main tools called Snap and Ria. Snap can use a meal photo to estimate calories and nutrients, while Ria is an AI health coach that can answer food and fitness questions.
It is made for people who want to keep daily health records without using separate apps for food, exercise, and weight. The app also supports meal planning, workout suggestions, health tracking, and connections with services such as Google Fit, Samsung Health, Fitbit, and Garmin.

Device Resources & Safety
Healthify can be a fairly large Android app. The latest version 31.0 was listed at 78.6 MB for one Android variant, while another current version listing shows 149 MB for version 31.1, so the download size can change by version and device type.
The final space used after installation can be higher than the download package. Updates, temporary files, images, and cache can add to the storage used on the phone, so there is no single installed-size number that applies to every Android device.
Healthify is mainly an online service. Food recognition, AI coaching, account features, syncing, and other cloud-based tools need internet access, while some basic information already stored on the phone may still be available without a connection.
Google Play says the app may share location, personal information, and five other data types with third parties. It may also collect location, personal information, and five other types of data; Google says data is encrypted during transfer and users can request deletion.
Testing on Android
I tested Healthify on a budget Redmi Android phone for two days. The main screens opened normally, and moving between the food, activity, and tracking sections was easy during regular use.
Scrolling was responsive during the test. I did not notice a serious crash, frozen screen, or broken interface while checking the main sections.
The phone did not become unusually hot during normal use. Battery use was also reasonable during short sessions, but the exact battery drain depends on screen brightness, network use, camera use, and the phone itself.
The Google Play listing says the app was updated on July 29, 2026, with improvements, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.
